Migraine

Amber is the most effective treatment for chronic recurring migraine; it should be worn for a considerable length of time. Best is to wear a short thick necklace that will not disturb sleep. Use rhodochrosite or tiger's eye to massage the temples in a circular motion.

Other headache stones are amazonite, amethyst, falcon's eye, lapis lazuli, pearl, rose quarz, and emerald.

Obesity

Place red-brown jasper overnight in water and drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Then let the stone stand in the sun all day to recharge its energy.
